Terms of Use
Welcome to HARPA FE 2.0 (“Platform”), the official workforce planning and operations system of HARPA. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to the following Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform immediately.
1. Purpose of the Platform
HARPA FE 2.0 is designed to support internal operational functions including, but not limited to:
- Employee scheduling and availability management
- Competency tracking and certification management
- Maintenance and overhaul documentation
- Project, position, and resource planning
- Approval workflows and operational reporting
- Internal communication and chat features
The Platform is provided strictly for authorized company personnel with an active account.
2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
Only users who have been explicitly granted credentials by the company may access the Platform. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Ensuring all information submitted is accurate and up to date
- Using the Platform in accordance with company policy and law
3. Acceptable Use Policy
Users must not:
- Attempt to breach, manipulate, or disable any system function
- Share account access with unauthorized personnel
- Upload malicious code, scripts, or harmful data
- Falsify operational data, schedule information, or approvals
- Use the Platform for personal or non-operational activities
4. Data Usage & Privacy
All data you submit—including schedules, certificates, project requirements, chat messages, and documents—may be stored and processed as part of company operations. The system may collect:
- Activity logs
- Device information
- Audit trails for approvals and submissions
HARPA complies with internal IT governance rules. No personal data will be shared externally without legitimate purpose and authorization.
5. System Availability & Maintenance
HARPA FE 2.0 may undergo planned or unplanned maintenance. The company does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Data integrity and uptime are monitored, but occasional outages may occur.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design system assets (including colors, typography, components), source code, and content are proprietary to the company. Users may not copy, replicate, distribute, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Platform.
7. API & Integration Policy
The Platform communicates with internal backend services via secured REST API endpoints. Unauthorized integration, scraping, or API consumption is strictly prohibited. Any detected misuse may result in account suspension.
8. Termination of Access
The company reserves the right to suspend or revoke access at any time for violations, security risks, or misuse of the Platform.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is.” The company is not liable for any losses resulting from:
- Incorrect data input
- Operational delays
- Service interruptions
- User negligence or misuse
10. Updates to Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
